Exchange Policy

All products purchased from dropcrew.co can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if the item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery, or does not match the original specifications of the product you actually purchased.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to contact us @dropcrew.co, or by calling or WhatsApp at +92 339 1078910, if you want to raise a dispute. We look at each dispute case-by-case and try to be fair to both parties.

A replacement will be sent if a defective, faulty, or damaged item is shipped, domestically or internationally. You'll need to email photographic evidence of the defective item within 14 days of purchase before any claim can be processed.

There are scenarios where we can't support returns or exchanges, including but not limited to: the request is made outside the specified time frame, the product is damaged from use, or the product has been tampered with. No replacement policy applies to any graphic or pop-art products.

Refund Policy

We do refund if you receive a damaged product, or the product is not the color or size ordered, and we're unable to make it right. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. The minimum processing time for a refund is 7–10 working days.

To claim a missing item, you must record a continuous unboxing video. Without a video, we can't accept the claim.

What are the delivery charges?

Free shipping on advance payment orders. Cash-on-delivery orders carry a flat Rs.250 shipping fee.

How many delivery attempts will the courier make?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Please make sure your address, city, and area are entered clearly at checkout. On the second failed attempt, the item is returned to us.
